Initiatives for society

We contribute toward achieving the SDGs through manufacturing technology.

  • At TAMADIC, our mission as a comprehensive engineering company is to provide high-value-added technical services rooted in our technological and delivery capabilities in order to delight our customers and grow together, and to achieve balance between the growth and aspirations of our engineers and our own growth and advancement as a business, based on our Corporate Vision of sincerity and creativity.

In order to achieve our vision of a sustainable society, we contribute to industrial development through human development— the training of multi-skilled engineers—and we promote decarbonization by providing high-quality technical services for our customers' carbon-neutral products and products related to decarbonization. These efforts demonstrate our commitment to achieving a sustainable society.

In order to achieve an ideal society with a balance between the environment, society, and governance—the three factors in ESG—we demonstrate our commitment to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that have been agreed upon by the international community by engaging in two activities: solving social issues through business and strengthening our management foundation.

TAMADIC's Management Strategy and the Identification of Important Social Issues

At TAMADIC, our vision of a sustainable society is reflected in our efforts to strengthen our management foundation and to solve social issues through our business by prioritizing the three ESG factors: the environment, society, and governance. In order to achieve this ideal society, we are identifying important social issues and working to resolve them through our business activities in a way that reflects our management philosophy, our medium-term business plan (our tenth five-year plan), and the expectations of our stakeholders.
We have identified five important social issues that are relevant to our two activity domains—solving social issues through our business and strengthening our management foundation—and we have established targets linked to each of these issues.
